Collect Demographic Data Only, Cannot Track Repeat Customers

How to manage settings to collect demographic data only, but no PII

VeriScan Desktop


  1. In the VeriScan Desktop application, navigate to Setup > Log Settings.
  2. Select the 'Do not collect personal info' option, then press 'OK'.

     
  3. Navigate to View and deselect the 'Show Address' and Show History' options.

VeriScan Online


  1. In the VeriScanOnline.com web portal, navigate to Settings > Local Settings


     
  2. Find the 'Collect Information' section
  3. Select 'Demographic Data Only'



  4. Select 'Save' at the bottom of the page.
