Updates to the DIVE API , myDIVE, and DIVE Online
DIVE API
Changed
- Updated document scoring/results for international documents using the Shufti service.
- Response time improvements for requests with "Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM)" enabled.
- Response time improvements for requests that use the "Address Validation" service.
- Updated the IDscan.net Anti-Spoofing packages.
Fixed
- Fixed an issue where Mexican federal documents were not being recognized.
- Error messaging for requests to the /v3/Parse/PDF417 and/v3/Parse/Mrz endpoints.
Removed
- The OverriddenSettings.IsGpuEnabled field has been deprecated from the Authentication endpoints. Now all requests will use the GPU automatically.
myDIVE
Changed
- The "Submission User" column in Verification Requests has been renamed to "Recipient Name".
- Requests that were performed with two face images only now show in the "Only Face Match" section in the "Overview" page.
- One-sided settings are no longer shown in Verification Results for requests that did not use them.
- Time zones for requests now reflect the account's timezone instead of a UTC conversion.
Fixed
- Fixed an issue where images were not being deleted from the "Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM)" page.
- Fixed an issue where the "Recipient Name" column did not populate with the document's full name.
DIVE Online
Added
- isCommericalDriverLicense checkbox to the Verification Results.
Changed
- REAL ID hovertext.
- DIVE Online now uses a toll-free phone number.
- Criminal Background results in the PDF report now show all entries in an appended list.
- Alerts for when a user enters a country for SMS that is not supported.
Fixed
- Fixed an issue where CSS was not being reflected in manual upload.
