To get help, you can submit a ticket or call us directly
If you are using VeriScan for Windows, you can submit a ticket requesting help from inside the app. This is usually the best option, since that method provides a lot of relevant information automatically to our team, so they can quickly get you the help you need without a lot of emailing back and forth.
However, if you are using another product or don't have access to the VeriScan for Windows app, you can submit a support ticket here.
