Mobile ID Reading
Accept mobile driver's licenses using the Credence ID Tap2iD ™ Mobile ID Reader. You will need a subscription add-on for each Tap2iD reader you have.
Available to Premium and higher subscribers on yearly billing only.
Remote Identity Verification (RIV)
Using our DIVE Online product, you can send verification requests via text or email. Selecting Trial will grant you 15 requests, and the paid version will grant you 300.
Available to Enterprise and higher subscribers only on monthly or yearly billing. Both VeriScan and the RIV add-on must be on the same billing frequency.
New Subscribers
After choosing your subscription plan, device quantity, and billing frequency during the VeriScan sign-up process, you’ll be taken to the Add-ons page.
For Mobile ID Reading, be sure to adjust the Quantity selector if you have more than one device.
For Remote Identity Verification, select Trial or Paid.
Click Proceed to Payment.
Existing Subscribers on Automatic Billing
Log into your my.IDScan.net Dashboard.
Click on Subscription Dashboard.
Hover over Edit Subscription, then Device Quantity.
Click Next.
For Mobile ID Reading, be sure to adjust the Quantity selector if you have more than one device.
For Remote Identity Verification, select Trial or Paid.
Click Proceed to Payment.
Existing Subscribers on Manual Billing
