Downloads and Installation


Your support agent will provide you with a download link for Document Engine and Document Library.


Click here for your scanner driver

Click here for the latest version of WizzForms Desktop


Extract Authentication.zip by right clicking it and selecting Extract All...



Once extracted you should see a folder with DocumentEngine_V3.X.X.X_Installer.zip and DocumentLibrary_V3.X.X.X.exe.

First open the Document Engine folder and run setup.exe.



Then go back to the authentication folder and run DocumentLibrary_V3.X.X.X.exe.



Next install the scanner driver for your scanner.

The installation should be straight forward and requires no extra options to be configured.


Finally run SetupWizzForms.exe to install the WizzForms Plus software.

Like with the scanner driver, no extra options need to be enabled in the installer.


Do not check any boxes or change the configuration unless instructed to by a support agent.


Once everything is installed, reboot your machine.



License Activation


Open up the WizzForms desktop software and you will be prompted to register.

Provide support with your Computer ID as it appears on the screen and they will issue your license.


You can either send an email to support@idscan.net or press the Register Now button in WizzForms.

In either case, please provide the Computer ID as well as your Order / Invoice Number.



Copy/paste it into the License Key field and click the "Register" button.


Once WizzForms is activated, it's now time to activate the authentication license.

Navigate to WizzForms Menu > Settings > ID Validation Yes/No.



A window will pop up that says "No Suitable License Found, Would you like to launch the License Manager?"
Click yes, and wait for the License Management window to appear.



Enter your key into the License Key field. Do not toggle activate offline unless you do not have an internet connection.

Once Activated, your license should appear in the Active Licenses list in the License Management console.


If you are not prompted to enter in the license, restart the application and try the license activation again.


Scanner Configuration


To activate the scanner, click on WizzForms Menu > Image Scanning > Page Reader Settings
