VeriScan Product Updates August 2023

Fixed an issue where the Manual Scan button in Document Collector was unavailable (only available for certain Thales/Gemalto devices).

Compact View - This is a returning feature from our Classic VeriScan application. Compact View is an alternate Scan Results view that displays very minimal information about the visitor.
- For Enterprise users, you can enable the Admin PIN to restrict user access from swapping in and out of Compact View.
Manual Scan button for Document Collector - If an ID document is not automatically being detected by the Document Collector, pressing the Manual Scan button will initiate the scanning sequence.
Profile Photo tab - An additional photo tab is now selectable on the Scan Results page.
Full support for group membership alerts.
Profile Comments - Profile Comments can now be added as a configurable column in Recent Visitors and History.
Group Comments - Group Comments can now be added as a configurable column in Recent Visitors and History.

Made improvements to the M500 LED on the center of the device
- Blue = successful scan with no errors or flags
- Blinking blue = flagged document or warning
- White = failed document or an error with the scan
Miscellaneous improvements to ASDK results.
Improved messaging related to account subscription status.
Minor cosmetic changes.

Fixed a bug in which images taken with the M280 scanner were missing the image file extension.
Minor bug fixes.
