  • New Object: fractalSuspiciousCollisions — Reports Face Trace collisions by request ID(s).
  • New Document Field: idType — Reports the subtype of the detected document.

  • Verification Requests — New Sent By column showing which users sent requests via the portal.
  • New Page: Confidence Dashboard — Review past transaction performance across different scoring metrics.
  • New Page: Banned List — Preemptively flag end users via the portal or API. When triggered, the document confidence score is automatically set to 0.
  • Settings
    • Blacklist tab — Sets the criteria for flagging the Blacklist feature.
      • Applicable values:
