      • Added a new field: "DiscretionaryIdNumber" - Discretionary data for use by each jurisdiction. For example, in British Columbia documents, this means a personal health number.
      • Added a new field: "InventoryControlNumber" - A string of letters and/or numbers that is affixed to the raw materials (card stock, laminate, etc.) used in producing driver licenses and ID cards. (DHS recommended field)
