VeriScan Product Updates March 2026

VeriScan for Windows - 3.29.0.43 | 3/31/2026

Added

  • Option to only save and display the cropped live photo. The default option is to save the full live photo (not cropped).

  • US Veteran flag (veteran status) added to scan results and history.

  • Scan Processing Error alert has been added to notify you if there is a temporary loss in communication between VeriScan and the ASDK engine. A reboot of the VeriScan app is required to restore the communication.

  • Support for ASDK 3.29.

Changed

  • Improved the syncing of various VeriScan Cloud portal settings when pressing the refresh button.

Fixed

  • Issue that prevented the Topaz signature pad from working properly.

  • Issue where the cloud agreement would not load any data.
  • Issue where the device list was not updated after choosing to remove a device.
  • Issue where the Visitor Profile Summary Report was blank.

  • Added a link to Local Settings when opening the VeriScan for iOS app settings.
  • Added an alert for interlock restriction.

Changed

  • Updated third-party UI to match how information is displayed in the VeriScan portal, desktop, and Android app.
  • Offline parser updated to v16.2604.12.1

Fixed

  • Fixed an issue where device usage was calculated incorrectly, which resulted in the login attempt being rejected and a message stating that device login information cannot be shared across devices.
  • Fixed an issue where visitor data would not appear in the scan preview when data retention settings are set to "Do not collect."
