What do I do if I get an error while attempting to update?
Instructions for updating VeriScan for Windows from v3.13 to v3.14
VeriScan for Windows v.3.14 requires you to download the updated installer. If you click Update from inside the app on v.3.13, you might see the following error:
In order to update VeriScan to version 3.14, you will need to download and run the latest VeriScan Installer below:
VeriScan Installer
Steps:
- Download the VeriScan Installer
- Close VeriScan
- Run the new VeriScan Installer file
- Update the Cloud Installer
- Update the VeriScan 3 product
